Delivery Terms
1. There is a daily cut-off time for same day delivery of 10am.
2. Any order made is an offer by you to purchase our products.
3. Acceptance of any order is at Apostrophe's sole discretion.
4. Order cancellations must be made on the day before the delivery date. We do not accept same day cancellations.
5. You will receive confirmation of your order by email. Should we have any difficulty in fulfilling your order we will contact you by telephone.
6. Orders will be delivered free of charge when a minimum £20 is ordered.

Pricing and Payment
1. The prices listed on the order form are Apostrophe's published price list, current at the date of order.
2. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
3. Apostrophe food is supplied strictly for direct customer use. It is not to be re-sold at either a subsidised or inflated rate to a third party.
3. Invoices for Corporate Accounts are sent monthly and are payable within 14 days from the date of invoice.

Delivery
1. Orders will be delivered to the delivery address indicated on the order form.
2. All deliveries must be checked and signed for by the person who made the order. Signature will be deemed as acceptance of a complete order.
2. If any part of the order is missing, please inform the branch immediately.

Liability
1. The liability of Apostrophe in contract, tort (including without limitation, negligence) or otherwise in respect of any products delivered or otherwise in connection with an order or for any loss, injury or damage attributable directly or indirectly thereto will be at the sole option of Apostrophe and is limited to: (a) delivering replacement products (at Apostrophe's expense); or (b) refunding any sums paid to Apostrophe for the products.
2. Apostrophe will not be liable (whether or not caused by Apostrophe's negligence) for any loss of profit, goodwill, opportunity, reputation suffered or incurred by us, or any third party, nor for any indirect or consequential loss.
3. Apostrophe will not be liable for any loss, injury or damage attributable directly or indirectly to any use of or inability to use the Apostrophe Deliveries & Catering section on our website.
4. Nothing in these terms will limit or exclude the liability of Apostrophe for death or personal injury caused by negligence on its part and nothing in these terms will affect your statutory rights.

Corporate Account Setup and Termination
1. Apostrophe reserves the right in its sole discretion to accept or refuse any Corporate Account application and to terminate any such account at any time and need not give any reason for any such decision.
2. Apostrophe reserves the right to terminate any Corporate Account immediately and without notification in advance should you not operate the account in line with these terms and conditions.

Access
1. Although we will aim to provide uninterrupted access to the Apostrophe website, we cannot guarantee this. We accept no responsibility or liability for an interruption or delay which may occur to anyone visiting or wishing to access the online order form.
2. In the event that you cannot access our website or have not received an order confirmation email, please contact our Support Office on 0207 583 8555.

Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by English law and both we and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
